INITIAL/PRE-ARRIVAL NEEDS ASSESSMENT CONSULTATION:

• We contact your employee within 24 hours after we have received authorization to initiate the Program.
• The purpose of the initial contact is to introduce the Destination Services Program, assess your employee’s needs, and address any initial concerns the transferred employee might have so to start mitigating his/her worries and anxiety relating to the processes to settling in a new city/country.

WELCOME PRESENTATION:

• A customized  power point presentation and informational packet is presented to the transferred employed at the first in-person meeting.
